Kaleliler invests in new hot forging line 17 November 2022

With the aim to double its capacity, Kaleliler has added a new hot forging line to its production which controls all parameters, temperature variations and is automatically fed.

Kaleliler has also integrated an automation system into the production line that works with the current ERP system to perform data analysis in a healthier way and increase productivity.

As well as this, a hot dip galvanising line with a daily capacity of approximately 40 tonnes was also put into operation. In the fully automatic system, transactions are carried out by robots and all parameters are controlled and recorded. In addition to the coating, the primary surface treatments are done automatically in an environmentally friendly system. Since there is no use of acid, both environmental damage is minimised and the risk of hydrogen fragility, which is a very important issue for Kaleliler’s product range, is prevented.

In high strength preloaded bolt sets, which is the strongest product group of the KLR brand, the coating can be successfully performed at low temperatures in accordance with EN 10684 and Dast 022 standards.

Kaleliler Bağlanti Elemanlari Sti has also recently invested in a torque testing device, which gives the company the capacity to test all the products it manufactures, including the opportunity to test M72 bolts.
