TECNOLOGIC 3® aims for continuous improvement 18 September 2018

For TECNOLOGIC 3® the method and application process it uses – to apply its innovative systems for the locking of threaded parts – have not only been an important distinguishing element compared to competitors but also a critical factor in its success.

The continuous improvement that characterises TECNOLOGIC 3®, with regards to the processes and the conception of the machines, allows the company to constantly increase the quality and performance of the product – to meet the needs of the customer.

The new generation of machines conceived and industrialised by TECNOLOGIC 3, and already available on the market, implement several automatic processes and numerous quality controls that allow users to prevent errors and increase the quality of the product application.

In particular, automated online cameras and software inspection tools now enable users to constantly monitor the industrial process and the related statistical analyses, with a display unit available to manage integrated operations and programming directly on the machine’s devices.

TECNOLOGIC 3 also guarantees an accurate and widespread technical service, as well as assistance during all the project start-up phases – from installation to final production. “The use of TECNOLOGIC 3 machines and processes guarantees and ensures optimal application of the products with the highest quality yield,” states Caterina Calasso, sales manager at TECNOLOGIC 3. “All our products have a unique advantage in that they are water-based and contain no solvents and the adhesive systems lock and seal any screwed connection.”

TECNOLOGIC 3 sealants can be applied to any threaded connection (cylindrical/cylindrical and cylindrical/conical), as well as to any types of metal and most plastic materials. The pre-applied self-locking product renders any self-locking and sealing threaded connection adjustable and reusable. While the threaded parts are being screwed together, TECNOFREN® is distributed between external and internal threads – exerting strong, long-lasting resistance against loosening and vibrations.
