Würth North America reports Q1 growth 26 June 2017

Würth Industry North America (WINA) reported first quarter 2017 sales at US$179.2 million (€164.1 million), an 8.3% increase from Q1 2016.

WINA consists of a network of 11 companies in the US, Canada and Mexico, providing customisable inventory management solutions for assembly fastener components and maintenance, repair and operations.
Executive Vice-President Marc Strandquist commented: “In three years WINA has doubled in size to almost US$700 million (€642 million) in sales. Our strategic acquisitions and expanded logistics capacity have been key in upholding our commitment to customer service.”
The WINA statement also noted that the overall Würth Group posted a new monthly sales record of €1.178 billion and operating result record of €100 million.
