No contact induction heating devices 29 November 2022

For more than 40 years CEIA has been working on the design and manufacture of no contact induction heating devices for metal treatment, including the renowned Power Cube® family.

The Power Cube® family is made up of high and medium frequency generators, control units, optical sensors for measuring temperature, and automatic solder alloy wire supply devices, which makes it ideal for industrial processes of heat treatment and braze welding.

CEIA explains that its unique technological solutions are compact in size and deliver extremely high energy efficiency and long-term reliability. “The high performance they offer contributes to the widespread use of CEIA systems in the most important industrial fields, where they have received the approval of end users and final product manufacturers,” reports CEIA SpA.

One of the newest additions to the Power Cube® family is the Power Cube® System 900 – a new line of high frequency generators. The System 900 range maintains all the characteristics typical of CEIA high frequency generators and also integrates the temperature control system, as well as a high-resolution graphic TFT display, for easy programming of all generator working parameters.

The System 900 generator is also equipped with a wide selection of analogue and digital I/O, plus a field bus interface for easy integration with automatic production systems – essential in all production processes where small overall dimensions are required.

Investing in future growth

Headquartered in Arezzo, Italy, CEIA has recently opened new show rooms and laboratories in the province of Vicenza – dedicated to the sale and assistance of its induction heating systems for all its customers in northern Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Slovenia. Furthermore, the company has also incorporated the German company LTB GmbH into the CEIA Group, which is dedicated to the development of CEIA’s induction systems in the German market.
