Chun Zu expands factory 26 June 2017

Chun Zu Machinery Industry Co Ltd expanded its factory at the beginning of 2017, to include a maintenance and repair division.

In 2018 Chun Zu will celebrate its 45th anniversary. It has been a registered company on the emerging stock market since 2012, providing it with financial transparency, more complete management and higher operating efficiency.

Shanghai Chun Zu Machinery Industry Co Ltd was established in 1999. The mainland China operation has expanded to a 24,130m2 factory with 200 employees. The products of the Shanghai operation are similar to those of Taiwan HQ, but are bigger model sizes. Examples are the CBP-305L model, which has a 36mm maximum cut-off diameter, 420mm maximum cut-off length and 550,000kgf forging load. Also, the CBP-426L model has a 55mm maximum cut-off diameter, 560mm maximum cut-off length and 1,300,000kgf forging load.

Chun Zu developments include:
- Anti-damage device.
- Temperature monitoring system.
- Energy saving servomotor.
- Quick die change (for punches and dies) for large size parts machines.
- Patent pending multifunctional transfer system for gripping, releasing and turning.
- A 7 die, 7 blow part former.
- Extra large multi-station cold forging machines including the CBP-305L and CBP-426L models.
Other new models include:
- CBF-164UL super long model
- CDH-62L 2 die 2 blow heading machine, CSH-5L, CSH-10L
- secondary forging and heading machine and AF-10 flat die
- high-speed thread rolling machine.
Chun Zu is also working to complete other research and development projects, which include a precision high-speed nut manufacturing machine, 1 die 2 blow close cutting super long heading machine and an automated monitoring device that allows operators to get real time updates of production volumes and machine operation before problems occur.
