Dimac presents best sellers at seventh Fastener Fair Stuttgart 07 June 2017

For three very successful show days, the Dimac team presented best sellers MCV1 and SPC-LAB at the recent Fastener Fair Stuttgart.

Massimo Agrati, general manager at Dimac Srl, says: “We’re proud that our brand is internationally renowned as a reliability trademark and we are grateful to all of our customers that visited our booth bringing their partnership and friendship. This represents our best reward.”
In a stimulating atmosphere German, American, Czech, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Russian, and Asian guests visited to see the new features and the reliability of the special automatic machines.
“Dimac held a series of workshops to allow customers and attendees to understand MCV1 and SPC-LAB user-friendliness together with their new features. When you look at our machines – their outfit, their solid mechanics and their features – you can weigh the value of the money you spend. When you put one of our machines in production you would be grateful for your choice, because they run 24 hours – 3 shifts” Mr. Agrati relates.
Bestseller MCV1 impressed for its versatility and flexibility. Visitors noted its software intuitiveness and changeover easiness. The accuracy of its high-speed eddy current NDT crack and straightness control stations particularly impressed quality managers and engineers from the demanding automotive industry.
Lean industry production managers involved in PPAP also saw with their own eyes and touched with their own hands the new SPC-LAB – with particularly applicability to their assembly lines. They calculated and gauged, using their own sample parts, parameters such as head/shank diameter, length, concentricity, thread dimensions, quality – as well as praising advantages in terms of cost reduction and OEE. This Six Sigma concept from Dimac was also a contestant in the 2017 Route to Fastener Innovation Competition.
Similar to past editions, the 2017 Fastener Fair Stuttgart brought new orders to Dimac from different countries. German customers as well as American, Italian and Turkish confirmed their preference for Dimac and placed orders at the exhibition for new machines to be delivered within the next six months.
New contacts were established with customers from Poland, Mexico, Taiwan, Czech Republic and Russia – emerging countries where the production of automotive fasteners is growing fast as is the need for top quality inspection machines.
The next time we will meet, says Dimac, is at Fastener Fair Mexico in June. Don’t miss the date!
