A multi-functional thread rolling machine can provide a flat die threading machine, plus a rotative threading module, as well as a chamfering unit, and is capable of working every hardened part, with loading elevator and orientating system, washer loader or other complementary equipment.
Firstly, a lifting unit rises the pieces to the working station. On the same line hardened pieces can be given points, chamfers, carved grooves, be threaded on different points of the shank, and assembled with washers, until they are put out as finished parts without any further operation.
