SKAKO Vibration is excited to reveal the newly designed and compact SKAKO Gear Tipper will be on its stand at wire® Düsseldorf.
The Gear Tipper gives SKAKO’s customers a compact, safe and cost-effective method for handling bulk materials. Complete product discharge is ensured by 180 degree tipping, combined with a repeat tipping function. The Gear Tipper is placed directly on top of a silo, feeder or any type of container, giving it a compact and efficient footprint.
Visitors will be able to see the Gear Tipper in operation, including the use of the gentle handling hydraulic gate. The tipper will be placed on top of a vibrating storage feeder, making it a 3.5m high structure, which will be hard to miss.
In addition to the Gear Tipper, SKAKO will show a second generation semi-auto packaging system. SKAKO’s packaging system has been well received by the market and, since wire 2016, SKAKO has further developed the system. As well as this, a CCU vibration trough will also be on display. This trough is designed to be integrated with a sand blasting machine, to feed products into a transport box while cleaning the products from blasting material.
